Reservations
By booking a trip with Trip 2 Sahara, you agree to these terms on your behalf and for all others who use our services.
The services are based on your reservation.
Booking procedures and payments
Once the designated route and price have been agreed, we will draw up the detailed itinerary, and an invoice with payment details. your booking will be confirmed after receipt of the initial 20% deposit.
Submit your invoice. We accept payment via Visa, Master Card, Western union, PayPal and bank transfer. for more security we recommend payment via Paypal
Changes to your booking
We will make every possible arrangement to keep your reservation at no additional cost. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your request in writing. Again, we will try to accommodate you at no additional cost, but we cannot guarantee this. If for any reason it is not possible to make changes to your booking, you have the option of continuing with the arrangement you originally booked, or canceling and paying the cancellation fee (if applicable) described below.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as soon as possible in writing if you wish to cancel your trip. Cancellation charges depend on the number of days we receive your message
Notice of cancellation before the start of your trip. If you cancel:
Trip of less than 4 days
- Cancellation up to 48 hours, No cancellation fees, and a full refund of the advance
Trip longer than 4 days, cancellation fees apply as follows:
Less than 2 weeks: 30% of the total cost
Less than a week: 50% of the total cost
Less than 48 hours: 100% of total cost
Children Policy:
Free for children from 2 to 5 years old
Children 6-12 years old receive a 50% discount when sharing a room with two adults (parents) with a maximum of one child per family.
unexpected circumstances
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your tour or excursion. In the event of such an event, we will refund any amount you have already paid to us, including the deposit, but we are not responsible for paying you any further compensation.
Unforeseen circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters or epidemics, war, threat of war, riots, fire or bad weather, etc.
Special demands
Any special requirements important to your booking (dietary, medical, etc.) must be submitted in writing prior to booking. We will share this information with our vendor partners to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
If there are any special requests that we cannot meet, we will notify you in writing before you book your flight.
Please let us know your preferences when booking (location of hotels, family configurations, etc.) and we will try to accommodate all your requests. No compensation will be paid if these requests are not met.
Our responsibility
We will accept liability if it is obvious and clearly proven that any part of your travel arrangements is not as described in your booking and is not of a reasonable standard. We will pay reasonable compensation (limited to the maximum amount paid to us for this part of the travel arrangements), unless there was no fault on our part or our supplier partners. Please note that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, illness, damage. death or loss incurred during your trip.
Trip 2 Sahara shall not be responsible for changes and modifications to the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, flight cancellation or delay, illness or any type of accident or additional costs incurred.
We strongly advise all customers to have their own comprehensive insurance to adequately cover medical and personal accident risks, although we guarantee to give you the best experience when traveling with us.
During tours, transfers, accommodation in hotels and other services acting only as agent for this in any way, Trip 2 Sahara will not be responsible for any accident, damage, theft, loss, delay or inconvenience caused by travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents due to deviation due to factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required valid travel documents. Your passport must be valid for 6 months before entering the country.
Participants should ensure that they meet all passport and visa requirements before commencing travel.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We take full responsibility for ensuring that appropriate security measures are in place to secure the private and confidential information you provide to us when booking.
The information Collected will be used to make reservations with hotels and with any other suppliers, as necessary, to complete your travel arrangements.
We will share your nutritional, health or disability information with our key supplier partners to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trip. When booking with us, you consent to the transfer of this information to all relevant persons
Complaints
In the event that you are not satisfied with our services, which is highly unlikely, please communicate with your driver, hotel reception, or your guide instantly, who will try to resolve the issue immediately. If it is not possible,
